As contemplated under the Plan, on September 27, 2017, LBHI, the Plan
Administrator, filed the Quarterly Financial Report as of June 30, 2017 of LBHI
and Other Debtors and Debtor-Controlled Entities (collectively, the "Company")
with the Bankruptcy Court. A copy of the court filing is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Sul sito epiq lehman è apparso il comunicato delle percentuali della 13 distribuzione prevista per il 5 ottobre prossimo :
- obbligazioni LBHI 0,88136 %
- obbligazioni LBT olandesi 0,55%;
Le percentuali devono essere rettificate in funzione del cambio euro /$.
Nella terza settimana di Ottobre , c'è da attendersi il comunicato del liquidatore LBT relativo alla 11 distribuzione ....... speriamo.

..... staremo a vedere con il cambio del 5 Ott.

speravo in percentuali di rimborso leggermente maggiori soprattutto per LBT!
Ovviamente per come si erano messe le cose, non posso certo lamentarmi.

Probabilmente su questa distribuzione ha inciso il pagamento delle spese per attività legali ed amministrative.

Comunque, col cambio favorevole, qualcosina in più è lecito aspettarsi.

E poi ci sarà anche anche la distribuzione olandese, per i possessori di LBT!

Thirteenth Distribution Percentages Announced for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“LBHI”), as Plan Administrator, announced today in a court filing the percentage recovery that will be distributed on October 5, 2017 to holders of allowed claims against LBHI and its various affiliated Debtors (collectively, “Lehman”).

Lehman’s aggregate thirteenth distribution to unsecured creditors pursuant to its confirmed chapter 11 plan will total approximately $2.4 billion. This distribution includes (1) $1.6 billion of payments on account of third-party claims, which includes non-controlled affiliate claims, and (2) $0.8 billion of payments among the Lehman Debtors and their controlled affiliates (see Exhibit B to the court filing, Docket #56298, for further detail). Cumulatively through the thirteenth distribution, Lehman’s total distributions to unsecured creditors will amount to approximately $119.0 billion including (1) $87.6 billion of payments on account of third-party claims, which includes non-controlled affiliate claims and (2) $31.4 billion of payments among the Lehman Debtors and their controlled affiliates.

In accordance with the chapter 11 plan, which was confirmed on December 6, 2011, and subject to available funds, the Lehman Debtors’ fourteenth distribution to creditors is anticipated to be made within 5 business days of March 30, 2018.
