La procedura fallimentare inglese ( parliamo di LBIE ) potrebbe concludersi nel giro di nove mesi.

Ciò vuol dire che a Febbraio 2020 potrebbe chiudersi anche questo ulteriore capitolo.

Sinceramente mi dispiace: avrei preferito la sua chiusura prima della distribuzione finale LBT. Così non sarà.

Ma, a rigor di logica, continuando a partecipare alle vicende LBHI, le nostre residue speranze di poter usufruire anche noi del surplus maturato dalla filiale inglese non sono del tutto infondate.

Tutto rigorosamente IMHO!!!

Lehman Brothers Treasury Co. B.V. in liquidation (LBT): Proposed Final Distribution on Cash-Out Notes and Cash-Out Other Ordinary Claims commencing on 2 May 2019Commencing on or around 2 May 2019, LBT will distribute amounts in the underlying Original Currency of Cash-Out Notes or Cash-Out Other Ordinary Claims as set forth in the table below.The Final Distribution is made in accordance with and is subject to the Composition Plan and the Information Notice. In accordance with Article 4 of the Composition Plan, LBT will make distributions in the currency in which the relevant Cash-Out Notes or Cash-Out Other Ordinary Claims are denominated (the "Original Currency"). Consequently, on 23 April 2019, LBT executed a number of foreign currency transactions in order to convert the distribution from U.S. Dollars (being the currency in which distributions on the LBT Intercompany Claim are received) into the Original Currency of each Cash-Out Note or Cash-Out Other Ordinary Claim. The transaction rates used to convert the distribution from U.S. Dollars into the Original Currency of each Cash-Out Note or Cash-Out Other Ordinary Claim were published on the LBT Website on 25 April 2019. Distributions in the underlying Original Currency of each Cash-Out Notes and Cash-Out Other Ordinary Claims as set forth in the table below are based on these rates.Distributions will be withheld on a limited number of ISINs that are subject to operational review. These ISINs are: XS0295087125, XS0258731909 and XS0295087042. The withheld distributions on these ISINs are also presented below.
