Dopo mesi di false facciate dipinte da persone istruite ed affidabili , hanno mostrato e stanno mostrando il loro vero volto....per quanto ne possiamo saperealcuni di loro possono essere anche troll che si divertono a sfottere il prossimo senza avere neppure un azione Nicox ( e il che spiegherebbe incomprensibili comportamenti , quali allegrie e feste quando il titolo crollava e si inabissava)....ma una cosa è certa ...la loro totale inaffidabilità sfociata addirittura nel millantato credito di far intendere di avere informazioni privilegiate tanto per darsi un tono ed essere "leccati" da alcuni forumers .....

L’utilisation de masse des AINS a permis de déceler sur certaines populations des avantages qui n’avaient pas été soupçonnables.
L’utilisation chez les personnes âgées a permis d’isoler un groupe de patients présentant davantage de cancers. Des études de l’aspirine à forte doses ou d’AINS à fortes doses ont été réalisées chez des patients présentant différents cancers à différents stades (colon, vessie, peau, sein…).
L’utilisation chez des personnes âgées encore a permis d’isoler un groupe de patients présentant une maladie d’Alzheimer.
L’utilisation des AINS et de l’aspirine apparaissait intéressant dans ces groupes de patients.
Le point commun des études chez ces patients est d’avoir utilisé des doses plus importantes que dans les traitements habituels de la douleur de l’arthrose. Les risques d’effets secondaires ont été exacerbés par des doses plus importantes.
Les COX2 ont été utilisés (Vioxx, Celebrex…) à doses plus importantes pensant réduire le risque hémorragique des AINS classiques. Le risque cardio-vasculaire a été mis en évidence.

Le NO-Naproxène pourrait bénéficier à la fois d’une diminution des risques hémorragiques et cardio-vasculaires dans cette population à risque de patients âgés présentant de multiples pathologies. Aujourd’hui nous savons que les études du Naproxcinod comportent 50% de patients hypertendus. Le Naproxène fait élever la pression artérielle, particulièrement chez les hypertendus dont la pression artérielle n’est plus équilibrée contrairement aux patients bénéficiant du Naproxcinod. Cet effet est d’autant plus identifiable que la dose a été élevée de 375 à 750mg. Les études de phases II du Naproxcinod avaient montré une tendance à une diminution du risque d’ulcère de l’estomac.
Les études de la MAPA 112 utilisaient des doses progressivement plus élevées de Naproxcinod sans augmenter le risque d’élévation de la pression artérielle.
Dés lors on comprend l’intérêt pour le rat de limiter le risque hémorragique digestif et cardio-vasculaire avec un effet sur le développement tumoral cancéreux équivalent d’un NO-Naproxène et d’un Naproxène.
La population américaine est encore très éloignée du modèle expérimental du rat, cependant l’étude 302 pourrait encore donner du grain à moudre pour ces animaux que l’on pourra rendre obèses ou diabétiques…
