Un aiuto su due titoli.
1) Uno dei pochi titoli in verde XS0141843689 PNB dovrebbe avere la call il 24 01 2012.
Vale vendere o la call è probabile? E' una step up
2) ma Voi su wbank vedete ancora in portafoglio i titoli ing di cui avete chiesto la swap? Io si, avete avuto info sulla cosa?

Per usare la posta certificata di iw con firefox bisogna, dopo aver installato l'estensione indicata al post precedente, configurarla come segue:
1. dal menù di Firefox / Sviluppo web / Remote XUL manager
2. nella finestra che si apre cliccare su Add e
3. inserire l'indirizzo:
pec.iwbank.it
4. chiudere la finestra e andare sulla posta di iw.

ING Completes Divestment of Insurance Latin America
ING announced today that it has completed the divestment of its Latin American pensions, life insurance and investment management operations to Colombia's Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana ("GRUPOSURA") with a net gain on transaction of approximately EUR 1.0 billion.
As announced on 25 July 2011, this transaction is the first major step in the divestment of ING's insurance and investment management activities. The total consideration for the transaction amounted to approximately EUR 2.65 billion including EUR 65 million in assumed debt. In addition, the businesses in scope of this transaction returned about EUR 170 million in excess capital to ING, mainly in the third quarter. As a result, leverage in ING insurance has been reduced by approximately EUR 2.8 billion.
The transaction includes the mandatory pension and voluntary savings businesses in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Uruguay, ING's 80% stake in AFP Integra S.A. in Peru, the life insurance businesses in Chile and Peru, as well as the local investment management capabilities in those five countries. As part of this transaction ING sold its 33.7% stake in Peruvian InVita Seguros de Vida S.A. to the Wiese Family, ING's joint venture partner in InVita.
ING continues to prepare its Insurance/Investment Management (IM) businesses for a base case of two IPOs, one for its US Insurance and IM activities and one for its European and Asian Insurance and IM businesses.

Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG (RZB) held an extraordinary shareholders' general meeting today. At the meeting, the decision was reached to issue participation capital amounting up to 600 million euros. The subscription period for this participation capital will end on 29.12.2011 at 5:00 p.m. (CET). The freshly-issued participation capital will be used in particular to purchase shareholdings that Raiffeisen Regional Banks (Raiffeisenlandesbanken) currently hold in network banks in Central and Eastern Europe.
This measure ensures that the RZB Group's structure is optimized and at the same time improves its capital position according to the provisions of Basel III, whose equity stipulations recognize the minority shareholdings of other shareholders as own funds only to a limited extent. This will already be the case as of 2013, as the Austrian banking regulators have decided to implement Basel III earlier than originally planned.
At the same time, the extraordinary shareholders' general meeting revoked an existing anticipatory resolution regarding authorized capital and newly passed the resolution with a slightly changed wording that makes the exclusion of subscription rights possible.
