Ti riporto un estratto da un documento che puoi trovare sul sito BPCE.Se dicono che possono richiamare le non step up e' perche' hanno gia' deciso,altrimenti stavano zitti.Almeno,io la vedo cosi.

per quello che vale, tendo ad essere d'accordo con Fabrizio.
Con quella dichiarazione, BPCE si sbilancia a favore della call delle step-up, mentre si limita a lasciarsi la porta aperta (ma senza sbilanciarsi) sulle altre.

BPCE non ha richiamato la FR0010279208, tasso fisso in USD, anche se la cedola non era proprio insignificante. In questo BPCE segue la strada tracciata da BNP e CA.
Rispetto a Fabrizio, avrei qualche dubbio in più su SocGen, se questa avesse delle T1 perennemente a tasso fisso: sui due piedi non me ne vengono in mente, mentre penso a delle variabili (da fisso a eur+spread), ma senza step. Forse per questo motivo SocGen potrebbe essere (apparentemente) più "generosa" con gli obbligazionisti.
