Il taglio degli investimenti lo aveva profetizzato Descalzi l'anno scorso:
" Per il numero uno del Cane a sei zampe il greggio nel 2017 “avrà ancora un trend stazionario con un po’ di oscillazioni perché devono essere consumate le scorte”. Poi però “potrebbero esserci tra il 2018 e 2019 una crescita dei prezzi dovuta a una carenza di petrolio per la riduzione degli investimenti”.

Se si attenuassero le tensioni geopolitiche e con un pizzico di ripresa mondiale, non sarebbe irrealistico ipotizzare il petrolio a 70 $, imho. Vediamo cosa deciderà l'OPEC il 25 maggio...
