Non mi è chiaro se riguardano anche l'import/export di oil.

Entre esas sanciones está la prohibición de tratos de deuda nueva emitidos por el Gobierno y su compañía petrolera - @ReutersVzla

Se prohíben transacciones en ciertos bonos existentes y el pago de dividendos al gobierno. - @ReutersVzla

Se prohíbe pago de dividendos, tanto al Gobierno, como a cualquier otra entidad que sea propiedad de manera directa o indirecta del Gobierno

Se prohíben transacciones relacionadas con nueva emisión de deuda, con madurez mayor a 90 días, de PDVSA.
