Questa volta le sanzioni sono piuttosto pesantine e riguardano direttamente CITGO.

Non mi è chiaro se riguardano anche l'import/export di oil.

Se prohíbe pago de dividendos, tanto al Gobierno, como a cualquier otra entidad que sea propiedad de manera directa o indirecta del Gobierno

Se prohíben transacciones relacionadas con nueva emisión de deuda, con madurez mayor a 90 días, de PDVSA.
