A group of bondholders of Nitrogenmuvek Zrt, a fertilizer manufacturer owned by one of Hungary’s wealthiest entrepreneurs, is organizing ahead of a €200 million ($211 million) bond maturity just five months away. The noteholders have already picked law firm Hogan Lovells to advise on the upcoming refinancing, and heard pitches from financial advisers this week, according to people familiar with the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Nitrogenmuvek’s bond comes due in May next year.

La notizia l'avevo trovata ma il crollo è di oggi quindi ci deve essere qualcosa di peggio in arrivo. Nella migliore delle ipotesi un down ulteriore oppure la comunicazione che non rimborsano a maggio 2025.
