Per Duetto e tutti gli altri esperti Lehman, una domanda che può riguardare anche altri.

Io ho da anni due obbligazioni LBHI (XS0179304869 e XS0193035358) su Fineco.
La banca è stata abbastanza precisa e puntuale finora nei riparti.
Purtroppo a breve introdurrà un canone abbastanza elevato sul conto e ciò mi costringerà a chiudere il conto con loro.

Che soluzioni ho per le LBHI?
Se chiedo il trasferimento su altra banca (ad esempio Webank, su cui già opero da anni) verranno trasferiti anche i 'crediti' Lehman e i futuri riparti continueranno lì? Oppure è ancora possibile la vendita OTC dei titoli?

Il trasferimento è sempre possibile.

Mi preoccuperei personalmente di prendere accordi con la nuova banca, ed eviterei di metterlo in essere a ridosso delle date canoniche delle distribuzioni.

Se OTC sia possibile la vendita? Le tue dovrebbero essere LBHI, c'è un mercato residuale ma le banche sono restie ad operare .

Personalmente è un problema che non mi appartiene dato che non ho mai avuto intenzione di vendere le mie LBT: a questo punto sono curioso di vedere come va a finire

Pertanto se volete vendere i vostri titoli senza aspettare la conclusione della procedura fallimentare, tenete presente che :

per LBT l'offerta è stata di 0,900%

Per me quindi una buona soluzione sarebbe quella di raddoppiare come minimo il dato riportato.

Ma questa è una scelta che attiene solo ed esclusivamente alle vostre volontà.

Fonti solitamente ben informate parlano di un eventuale riacquisto delle proprie azioni da parte di Lehman Brothers ( o della NewCo. ) per pochi centesimi di dollaro, entro Marzo 2020 ( o anche prima, giudice Chapman permettendo ).
