Lo scambio è di certo contro azioni; per quanto riguarda i ratei cumulati non ho certezze; a me, guardando asterischi e didascalie dell'offer qui postata qualche pag addietro pare che i ratei siano riconosciuti solo sulle lt2, però potrei senz'altro sbagliarmi...
Verifica sul prospetto ufficiale, cmq altri sapranno senz'altro essere più precisi di me...

Cortesemente, per chi ha Sella: si può richiedere che vengano resi negoziabili anche ai comuni mortali le seguenti t1, per la cui non negoziabilità vengono addotte (almeno a me) varie corbellerie?

Per ora su Rzb cè una solo controparte a 53,quindi per ora nada sell...

Cmq facile prendere l'opa rzb..58 sono stati generosi

quel tipo di (brutte) clausole non ne ha.. avevo controllato... ma viene a logica essendo quasi meglio di una UT2

fa parte di quel gruppetto che la clausola di conversione in UT2.
potrebbe richiamata oppure trasformata in UT2.
Non so quanto questo possa incvidere sulle probabilita' di call.
Mi pare che non sia l'unica Lloyds con questa clausola

mi son fatto spedire una lista di LT2 ma sono tutte piccoline ed in là negli anni

riesci a postare gli isin?dopo lo stacco penso che prenderò quella che hai comprato tu
