AMSTERDAM (AFN) - SNS Reaal wil eerst duidelijkheid hebben over zijn eigen toekomst voordat aandeelhouders en andere belanghebbenden worden geïnformeerd. Dat heeft de bank en verzekeraar laten weten aan de Vereniging van Effectenbezitters (VEB).
De VEB riep SNS eind vorig jaar op een buitengewone aandeelhoudersvergadering te beleggen om duidelijkheid te scheppen over de aanhoudende verliezen op de vastgoedportefeuille en over de strategie van het bedrijf. In een antwoord op die oproep stelt bestuursvoorzitter Ronald Latenstein dat SNS het onderzoek naar zijn toekomst nog niet heeft afgerond. Daarom is het ,,weinig zinvol'' nu een aandeelhoudersvergadering bijeen te roepen, stelt hij.
Zodra er een beslissing over de strategische heroriëntatie is genomen, wordt ,,zo snel mogelijk'' een aanhoudersvergadering belegd, belooft Latenstein in zijn brief. Hij geeft daarbij niet aan wanneer een update over de strategie mag worden verwacht.

magari qualcuno legge Top che esce e si accoda - gli azionisti guardano i bondholders vendere ed entrano in panico
scherzo ovviamente!
boh, sui siti olandesi non ho letto nessuna notizia di rilievo, però io ieri quando ho visto che il MM se toccato arretrava invece di avanzare come nei gg. scorsi ho salutato la banda sulle lt2 (e già mi rode perchè avrei dovuto farlo sopra gli 83)

manco un reclamo certo che basta un nulla per far scendere il gruppone, aspettiamo febbraio e vediamo se sns decide finalmente qualcosa riguardo il suo futuro
