Buongiorno ragazzi, oltre l'indebitamento finanziario dovreste considerare però anche l'indebitamento fiscale della Lazio, riveniente dalla transazione con l'erario che Lotito fece nel 2005. Ad oggi, dovrebbe ancora sussistere un debito residuo di circa 50 mln.

2015/16 Roma indeed had from UEFA 68 million from 4 games

2016/17 prize money increased roughly 15% against 2015/16

2017/18 will probably once again much higher

I see...but what do they mean by "Market pool" ?

Market pool is the TV money which is for every country different.
Television from big countries with many people pay much more to UEFA than small countries.
For Italian clubs market pool is very big .. 2015/16 it was 110,785 million euro

This then is redistributed as market pool for the participating teams of those countries.
That then is split up amongst 2 or 3 and also depending on the number of games they manage in tournament.
If there are two teams split up of fix half of market pool is 55/45

Look, I have been investing and trading since 1998 so I know quite well the Italian stock market, however I cannot see what exactly you think is wrong here. There are about 22 million shares held by small investors like us and some unfortunately sell. I have access to all ask price levels and I can see that everyday only few hundreds thousands shares are on the ask side, see this example from Friday:

So while you think Lotito plays a role, I don't think so. If he wanted to buyout and take the company private, he could have done that a long time ago. All we need here is some more buyers or a big buyer and the stock may fly over 1 euro for good.

B. So why not registrate at my site. .. ?? I dont't undestand why you don't get this wil help everybody.

Seeing official free float emptying would surely also attract more buyers here.

I can't do that right now, I got too many things to do before Christmas but I will look at it again during the holiday and talk to my other friends in case they want to do it.
