Dal prospetto della nuova 2023 (condiviso da @archmax):

The Republic shall pay interest on the Principal Amount of each Note then outstanding from and including 30 January 2018 (the “First Interest Payment Date”) at the rate of 3.500 per cent. per annum payable annually in arrear on 30 January of each year (each such date an “Interest Payment Date”) calculated on the basis of actual number of days from and including the prior Interest Payment Date (or, in respect of the First Interest Payment Date, [●] (the “Issue Date”)) to but excluding the following Interest Payment Date.

In the event that capital gains realised from the disposal of the Benchmark Notes are received by individuals having their tax residence in a foreign (non-Greek) country having entered a treaty for the avoidance of double taxation (DTT) with Greece, any gains from the disposal of the Benchmark Notes shall be exempted from the 15 per cent. income tax subject to the production of the documentation evidencing the tax residence. Pursuant to Greek Ministry of Finance guidelines no. 1032/26.1.2015, if the capital gains realised from the disposal of the Benchmark Notes are received by individuals having their tax residence in a foreign (nonGreek) territory which is treated as a “noncooperative” jurisdiction or state, the tax which is chargeable on the gain is payable before the transfer of the Benchmark Notes via the filing of a special tax return; however, the procedure and the details for such filing have not been determined yet.
