Praticamente bond da inchiappettata! Dal grafico si evince che i sottoscrittori iniziali passivi non hanno mai avuto la soddisfazione di vederlo in verde.
Quasi quasi mollo Paragon... a 74 ha raggiunto il mio prezzo di carico.

Ekosem-Agrar AG: Deferral of interest payments due in December 2023 to noteholders of the Ekosem-Agrar bond 2012/2027

Walldorf, 9 November 2023 - Ekosem-Agrar AG has exercised its right to defer interest payments. This decision was taken after consultation with e.Anleihe GmbH, the joint representative of both bonds issued by the company, and the members of the company’s noteholders’ advisory committee. Accordingly, the payment of the interest claims of the noteholders of the ESA bond 2012/2027 (ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) due in December 2023 in the amount of 2.5% for the interest period 2022/2023 will be deferred for one year, as well as the interest already deferred last year for the interest period 2021/2022.

The deferral of the interest claims is necessary from the company's perspective to avoid endangering the continuation of the company and because a transfer of liquidity from Russia to Germany is still not possible in the difficult political environment.

Si però ,la cedola rinviata nel 2022 for one year ? se for one year ,dovevano pagarla quest’anno

Anleihe GmbH, the joint representative of both bonds issued by the company, and the company's noteholders' advisory council, has decided to make use of the right resolved at the noteholders' meeting on 30 May 2022 to defer payment of the interest claims of the noteholders of the ESA bond 2012/2022 (ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) in the amount of 2.5% due on 7 December 2022 for one year. For this purpose, Ekosem-Agrar AG will declare the corresponding deferral with the execution of the noteholders' resolutions.

Ekosem-Agrar AG: Differimento del pagamento degli interessi dovuti a dicembre 2023 agli obbligazionisti dell'obbligazione Ekosem-Agrar 2012/2027

Walldorf, 9 novembre 2023 – Ekosem-Agrar AG ha esercitato il diritto di differire il pagamento degli interessi. La decisione è stata presa dopo aver consultato e.Anleihe GmbH, il rappresentante congiunto di entrambe le obbligazioni emesse dalla società, e i membri del comitato consultivo degli obbligazionisti della società. Di conseguenza, il pagamento dei crediti di interessi degli obbligazionisti del prestito obbligazionario SEC 2012/2027 (ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) con scadenza a dicembre 2023 nella misura del 2,5% per il periodo di interesse 2022/2023 sarà differito di un anno, nonché gli interessi già differiti lo scorso anno per il periodo di interesse 2021/2022.

Il differimento dei crediti d'interesse è necessario dal punto di vista della società per evitare di mettere a repentaglio la continuazione della società e perché un trasferimento di liquidità dalla Russia alla Germania non è ancora possibile nel difficile contesto politico.

quindi la cedola del 2022 già differita di un anno sarà differita di un altro? Quindi al momento dovranno in futuro pagare due cedole del2022 e una del 2023…e andremo avanti così per anni

Ma come quando dicevo che ekosem è un cadavere che cammina qualcuno mi dava del gufo o del coglione ?
Questi te lo hanno messo nero su bianco, pagare una cedola per loro vuol dire mettere a repentaglio la continuità aziendale.

E non venite a menarmela che è tutta colpa delle sanzioni.
Intanto la 2029 bid 11 fixing 12

Una vergogna totale.
