Lumen Technologies (LUMN.N), opens new tab said on Thursday it has signed a deal with a group of lenders that will push out its debt maturities to 2029 and beyond and provide it with access to more than $2 billion of fresh capital.
The agreement is with creditors that represent more than $12.5 billion of the debt of Lumen and its subsidiaries, the company said, adding the deal was supported by a "significantly larger" group of creditors than its previous deal in October.
The deal will provide Lumen with $1.325 billion of financing through new long-term debt and provide access to a new revolving loan of about $1 billion.

Sales of new single-family houses in the United States reached an annual rate of 664,000 in December, an 8% increase compared to the revised rate of 615,000 from the previous month, according to a report published on Thursday by the US Census Bureau. Year-on-year, the figure rose by 4.4%.
The median sales price of new houses sold came in at $413,200, and the average sales price was $487,300. The seasonally adjusted estimate of new houses for sale at the end of the month was 453,000, a supply of 8.2 months at the current rate of sales.

Spero in un accordo privato e sostenibile con la filiera che detiene il debito (noi compresi) senza il chapter11. E' una speranza non ho notizie in merito. Questi hanno tanto debito fatto allegramente e solamente 1/4 (circa) degli aerei in proprietà. Siamo all'epilogo temporale, se non pagano la cedola, nelle ultime settimane hanno solo farfugliato notizie sulla possibile proposta da fare ai debitori/locatori, con l'assistenza della società incaricata. Per ora parla il prezzo...
