Ciao Duetto, io sono uno di quelli a cui ti riferisci.
Prima di tutto voglio anch'io ringraziarti per il lavoro certosino che hai fatto finora e che, sono certo, continuerai a fare in futuro. Sei stato una preziosa fonte d'informazione per tutti noi bondisti Lehman.
Sono ahimè possessore di 2 bond LBHI e finora non ho visto arrivare alcuna notifica su un'eventuale Final Distribution da parte della mia banca (banca che per altro, a differenza di alcune di cui ho potuto leggere in questo forum, ha sempre accreditato regolarmente e tempestivamente ogni distribuzione).
Al momento, la mia intenzione è quella di andare avanti.

Voluntary Final Distribution
Pursuant to the Motion of the Plan Administrator for an Order Authorizing a Voluntary Final Distribution for
Certain Creditors of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Granting Related Relief (the “Final Distribution Motion”)
(Docket No. 61143) and the subsequent order authorizing the Final Distribution to Certain Creditors (Docket No.
61161), the Plan Administrator will be providing voluntary final distributions (“Voluntary Final Distributions”) to
certain creditors (approximately 84% of LBHI’s creditor population) in full and final satisfaction of their Allowed
Claims concurrent with D23. Please see the Final Distribution Motion for further information.

Secondo fonti solitamente ben informate, Lehman Brothers non avrebbe più asset vendibili, nel senso che tutto ciò che poteva essere messo a mercato è stato nel tempo alienato.
Rimangono però alcune situazioni/posizioni ancora sub iudice, tra cui:
A) claim contestati
B) claim in via di ridefinizione economica
C) riserve a garanzia ( con eventuale liberazione in caso di definizione positiva delle rispettive poste ).
