Tutto tace, per quanto mi riguarda. Non ho ricevuto il recovery del 07/10/2021 e non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione in merito alla eventuale "final distribution" Appena ricevo qualcosa informo.

Io ho ricevuto il recovery di aprile una settimana fa'. Quella di ottobre a data da destinarsi. Per quanto riguarda il recovery finale,dato che conosco i personaggi,sono andato dal mio avvocato e ho fatto fare una pec dicendo che non volevo partecipare in ogni caso al recovery finale.Ho ricevuto più di un mese fà la risposta che prendevano atto della mia volontà.

Altra questione aperta è quella che riguarda Deutsche Bank: in ballo ci sarebbero 280 milioni di sterline.

Comprendete bene che la filiale interessata è quella inglese ( LBIE ) ma sappiamo anche da tempo come le cose la riguardano siano sempre incrociate con le vicende LBHI.

Insomma: Sussidiarie ed Affiliate sono la stessa di LBHI

In realtà lo erano anche tutte le filiali della sterminata galassia Lehman Brothers, anche se il focus ora è su LBIE
