Non conosco la situazione particolare, ma di solito le offerte non sono valide per l'italia perchè c'è una procedura particolare da effettuare (presentazione dell'offering alla consob almeno 60 giorni prima, approvazione, ecc.)

Quindi 4,764 + 6,32 = 11,084%
Per me è step up
certo è altina ora e non paga...

Io calcolavo:
10% = IRS10y + spread
(Ora non ho sottomano il sito fi.co con i valori IRS.)
Calcolo spread
Se è maggiore di 6,32% è step up, altrimenti no.

se call nel 2023: rendimento netto annuo 8%
se call nel 2018: rendimento netto annuo 10%
se call nel 2016: rendimento netto annuo 12%

se call nel 2016: rendimento netto annuo 12%
se call nel 2013: rendimento netto annuo 18%

per me russiabond si offende tu non abbia messo il rendimento con call nel 2011...
