La segnalazione iniziale e' stata di Stordits.
La XS0203470157 non la conosco ma gia' dalla pagina Axa si vede che e'
deeply subordinated quindi immagino sia non cumulativa e con loss absorption.

Se guardi la descrizione ti accorgi che Axa divide i perpetual in "undated subordinated" e "undated
deeply subordinated" notes
Io cerco di evitare i "deeply" , mio parere ovviamente !

Deferral of payment of interest and suspension of accrual of interest in the case of
Subordinated Notes
(i) In the case of Subordinated Notes, the payment of interest may be deferred in
accordance with the provisions of Condition 5(f) or as otherwise specified in the
applicable Pricing Supplement.
(ii) In the case of
Deeply Subordinated Notes only, the payment of interest may be
suspended in certain circumstances as more fully set out in the applicable Pricing
Supplement.

Loss absorption provisions
In the case of
Deeply Subordinated Notes, the Notes may contain provisions permitting the
Issuer to implement, in certain circumstances following the occurrence of certain events, a reduction
in the nominal amount of each Specific Denomination (a ‘‘Loss Absorption’’) in order to offset its
losses and to enable it thereafter to continue its business. The precise terms of the Loss Absorption
and the procedures whereby it shall be implemented shall be set out in full in the applicable Pricing
Supplement.
