Der kriselnde Holzverarbeiter Pfleiderer will sich zu Lasten der Anleihegläubiger Luft verschaffen. Für seine vor zwei Jahren ausgegebene Anleihe will das Unternehmen vorerst keine Zinsen zahlen. Die Zinsen sollen später aber nachgezahlt werden.
Sembra che non paghi gli obbligazionisti ... e che li pagherà in seguito

Deventer (NL), 29 July 2009 – 14 August 2009 will be an Optional Interest Payment Date pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Securities. Pursuant to § 4(a)(ii) of the Terms and Conditions of the Securities, Pfleiderer Finance B.V. hereby notifies the holders of the Securities that it has elected not to pay the entire accrued interest on such Optional Interest Payment Date. However, the hybrid bondholders continue to be entitled to subsequent payment of the unpaid interest in accordance with the conditions stated in the prospectus.

dovrebbe essere sempre valido quanto scritto nel PDF allegato , il pericolo che non paghi per due anni esiste ma devono verificarsi determinate condizioni, non e' possibile stabilire adesso se paghera' o meno. ...

Cosa ne pensate di Eurohypo?
Negli ultimi giorni è salita, ma rischia di non pagare le cedole per 2 anni (come da post di qualche giorno fa) - cosa che non mi sembra neanche sicura.
Non sarebbe una scommessa da qui ad un paio di anni?
