nel dubbio ho scritto alla bis, vediamo se mi risponde, l'altra volta l'hanno fatto.
inglese maccheronico ovviamente
I have 3 questions:
1)Capital instruments that no longer qualify as non-common equity Tier1 may be accounted as Tier2 (if they comply the new criteria for Tier2 page17-19)
2)in new criteria for Tier1 and Tier2 page15-19, these instruments must be callable at the initiative of the issuer only after a minimum of five years. From which date we must count 5 year? From 2013 or from the Issue Date of the instrument?
3)in Transitional arrangements page27-29, I have not clear the difference between effective maturity date and maturity date: "effective maturity date" means first call date"?(It isn't the maturity required in new criteria for Tier1 and Tier2 page15-19)
