devo vedere ma visto che ha annunciato il buy back su azioni, penso proprio che quello faccia da coupon pusher sui tier1.
di solito è così. dopo mi vedo il prospetto per sicurezza.

Required Dividends. Notwithstanding the limits in clauses (1) through (3) above, the L L C will be required

the satisfaction by the Bank or any Subsidiary of its obligation under any employee benefit plan or
similar arrangement, and (VI) in connection with transactions effected by or for the account of
customers of the Bank or any Subsidiary or in connection with the distribution, trading or marketmaking
in respect of such securities) during the twelve-month period immediately preceding and
including such Dividend Payment Date;

se paga una, penso paghi pure l'altra. però non ho la sicurezza sta sera vedo. ora ho poco tempo.
io francamente penso la cedola anche senza coupon puscher la pagavano cmq.

Mps: rinnovato buy back, aumento di capitale gratuito, conversione azioni risp in ordinarie.
L'Assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti di Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A., riunitasi oggi, ha deliberato di rinnovare la facoltà di acquistare e vendere azioni proprie - ex artt. 2357 e 2357 ter del Codice Civile - fino ad un massimo di 160.000.000 di azioni ordinarie e per un periodo di diciotto mesi.
Scusate, ma qui si parla di rinnovare la facolta' e non che lo devono fare.
Non so se le due azioni sono uguali.
