Royal Bank of Scotland : Prices $2.65 Billion Tier 1 Capital Notes
LONDON--Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (RBS.LN) Thursday priced an additional $2.65 billion of 8.625% perpetual subordinated contingent convertible Tier 1 capital notes, which it plans to use for general corporate purposes.

The 73% government-owned bank said the offering is scheduled to close Aug. 15.

6,4% (usd) US04622DAA90 perpetuo rating BBB+ cumulativo. Call il prossimo 15/12 poi variabile Libor 3mesi+2,38%. Si prende con IW a 67,10 (ma bisogna avere qualifica di professionali).
