l ho letto ma ammetto di non essere ferratissimo nella lettura dei prospetti ...se qualcuno qui dentro vuol dare un contributo lo ringrazio ..vorrei anche capire se i 108 rappresentano il floor per eventuale call anche se mi sembra molto difficile...

l ho letto ma ammetto di non essere ferratissimo nella lettura dei prospetti ...se qualcuno qui dentro vuol dare un contributo lo ringrazio ..vorrei anche capire se i 108 rappresentano il floor per eventuale call anche se mi sembra molto difficile...

In caso di richiamo (repayment) ti danno 25 per ogni certificato.

esatto, stavo giusto leggendo anch'io, penso sia quello evidenziato

Term; right to repayment
The Rabobank Participations are perpetual and have no fixed maturity date.
The Rabobank Participations may be cancelled solely in case of (i) a
dissolution of Rabobank Nederland or (ii) cancellation of (part of) (a class of)
the Rabobank Participations pursuant to a resolution of the Executive Board,
subject to the prior consent of the Supervisory Board, and provided that
Rabobank Nederland has sufficient own funds to effect such cancellation. A
cancellation as referred to under (ii) may only be effected with the permission
of the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank N.V.) (“DNB”) and
subject to any conditions which DNB may attach to such permission. In the
event of a cancellation as referred to under (ii), the nominal value of the

Mi sembra che quanto postato da Joe Silver sia corretto ; in teoria c'è ( con l' approvazione della banca centrale ) ; in pratica non posso che ribadire quanto già scritto : ne hanno appena buttato fuori altri 1,6 bill per incrementare i ratios , vuoi che ne richiamino anche solo una parte dei vecchi ( all or in part ) ?

abbiamo postato quasi in contemporanea: in soldoni, se l'executive board decide di rimborsare, previa autorizzazione della banca nazionale ecc...ecc... rimborsano

dice che, se ha i fondi per rimborsarla, potrebbero decidere di callarla in caso di scioglimento della società o di qualche sua partecipazione. Lo scioglimento di Rabobank lo escluderei ma di qualche partecipazione potrebbe anche essere ma appare improbabile.

Alla fine direi che a 110 è un po' caruccio, ma c'è di peggio in giro ed è Rabo...mica veneto (s)banca!
