WASHINGTON (Reuters) - White House trade adviser Peter Navarro said on Monday the trade deal with China is “over,” and he linked the breakdown in part to Washington’s anger over Beijing’s not sounding the alarm earlier about the coronavirus outbreak.
“It’s over,” Navarro told Fox News in an interview when asked about the trade agreement. He said the “turning point” came when the United States learned about the spreading coronavirus only after a Chinese delegation had left Washington following the signing of the Phase 1 deal on Jan. 15.
“It was at a time when they had already sent hundreds of thousands of people to this country to spread that virus, and it was just minutes after wheels up when that plane took off that we began to hear about this pandemic,” Navarro said.

Nell'articolo si ipotizza anche che Thiele sfrutti l'incertezza per aumentare la quota detenuta a prezzi più bassi. Ma poi cosa farebbe? Situazione ingarbugliata...

L´unica stategia che a questo punto riesco ad immaginare mettendo assieme tutti i pezzi, e´ che punti ad affondare il titolo per comprare a prezzi quasi stracciati, far affiorare questi fantomatici investitori americani, che faranno rimbalzare il titolo, e vendere sul guadagno realizzato.
Penso che domani ne capiremo di piu´.

Infatti in dichiarazioni di qualche giorno fa obiettava che lo stato dovrebbe intervenire con un prestito piuttosto che entrare direttamente come azionista anche perché sarebbe un "pessimo imprenditore".
In pratica vorrebbe dettar legge ma con i soldi dello stato senza però che lo stato metta troppo bocca. Quindi sì, concordo, la sua è pura speculazione iniziata approfittando del crollo del valore delle azioni dei mesi precedenti.

Atteggiamento industriale ben noto anche in Italia: le perdite industriali si condividono con lo Stato, i profitti vanno all'industria privata. LA FIat lo ha fatto per decenni…...

Dipende dal dossier sul quale li compri se è quello che regola sul cc in usd o se regola sul cc in euro

Ci sono differenze da BAnca a Banca. In generale comunque se hai il conto multicurrency la Banca gestisce le transazioni in valuta senza effettuare cambio (acquisti/vendite, cedole, etc.) con eccezione delle tasse che vengono sempre pagate in euro.
Se non hai il multicurrency la Banca gestisce tutto in Euro effettuando ogni volta il cambio e tu vedi i dollari solo nel portafoglio titoli

Bloomberg -- Singapore has told Wirecard AG to ensure it keeps customer funds from its payments processing business in the city state in local banks, the financial regulator said.
Wirecard’s primary business activites in Singapore are to process payments for merchants and help companies issue pre-paid cards, the Monetary Authority of Singapore said Tuesday in an emailed reply to questions.
“MAS has required Wirecard to ensure that they keep customer funds arising from these activities in banks in Singapore,” a MAS spokesperson said in the email.
Shares in the German firm have collapsed in recent days amid an accounting scandal and worries about Wirecard’s credit facilities.
The company on Monday acknowledged that 1.9 billion euros ($2.1 billion) previously reported as assets probably doesn’t exist. Bank of China Ltd., China’s fourth-largest lender, may write off most of the 80 million euros ($90 million) it is owed and not extend the credit line, according to people familiar with the matter.
Wirecard entities in Singapore are not currently regulated by the MAS, though the central bank has received a license application from Wirecard under the new Payments Services Act, the regulator said.
The act provides for a grace period for entities conducting regulated activities to apply for a license, the MAS said. It may issue requirements to such entities during the grace period, it added.
Singapore is home to Wirecard’s Asia-Pacific headquarters and the company has been expanding aggressively in the region, which accounted for almost 45% of the group’s reported revenue in 2018, second only to Europe.
The company’s regional operations cover Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, according to its website.

Comunque io ho guardato una decina di certificati interessanti, di fatto a tutti ci sono se va bene una 30ina di euro di spread fra denaro e lettera e quindi non comprabili. Ok si rimane liquidi
