Spain to offer up to 5.5 bln euros in 5-yr bonds

MADRID, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Spain plans to place between 4 and 5.5 billion euros ($5.11-$7.03 billion) of 5 and 10-year bonds on Thursday, the treasury reported.
At Spain's last auction of its 4.25 percent coupon, 5-year bond on Jan. 8, it sold 1.7 billion euros of the deby at a yield of 3.434 percent.
The treasury will also offer its 5.4 percent coupon 10-year obligations at the Feb. 5 auction.
