Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- European Union Competition
Commissioner Joaquin Almunia wants to clear the sticking points
surrounding four state-owned German banks by the summer,
Handelsblatt reported, citing an interview with the EU official.
Almunia wants a swift resolution on the reviews of state
aid to WestLB AG, Bayerische Landesbank, HSH Nordbank AG and
Hypo Real Estate Holding AG as Europe wrestles to put the
financial crisis behind it, Handelsblatt cites Almunia as
saying.
A sound German banking system is vital for the country’s
economy and for Europe as a whole because Germany is Europe’s
locomotive, the newspaper cites the commissioner as saying.
Almunia said he doesn’t expect an extension of a Feb. 15
deadline for WestLB to present a new reorganization plan,
according to Handelsblatt. He also questioned the interest
BayernLB is paying for state aid, the newspaper said.

Prese barclay 199 a 66,5 anche di queste ne ho una valanga
Credit agricol 868 a 84,5....idem come sopra

MILANO, 1 febbraio (Reuters) - Monte Paschi <BMPS.MI> torna
sul mercato dei capitali con il suo covered bond a sette anni,
messo in stand by solo poche ore fa, e oggi pomeriggio sonda
nuovamente l'interesse degli investitori rivedendo il rendimento
offerto in area +180 punti base sul midswap da area +170 pb di
stamane.
Lo dicono a Reuters fonti vicne all'operazione.
"Hanno cambiato il rendimento ad area +180 pb, e stanno
sondando il mercato per vedere se c'è interesse per lanciarlo"
dice una delle fonti.
La banche a guida del deal sono Credit Suisse, JP Morgan,
Mediobanca, MPS Capital Services, Natixis e Nomura.
L'emissione è garantita da un portafoglio di mutui ipotecari
per l'acquisto della casa.
Il rating atteso per l'emissione è di tripla 'A' da Fitch e
Moody's.

Molto di più....ne ho vendute solo una parte...nella speranza , molto flebbile haimè, che fosse operativo...l'ubriacone... che le aveva messa in lettera a 49.....ne avevo sparato un vero è proprio siluro.....pazienza ..
