Germany's Scholz says Lufthansa talks were good
BERLIN, June 22 (Reuters) - The German government on Monday held last-ditch talks about a 9 billion euros Lufthansa bailout on Monday, Finance Minister Olaf Scholz said, as Berlin politicians seek to resolve a standoff with a key shareholder in the airline. Billionaire investor Heinz Hermann Thiele, the airline's biggest shareholder, has threatened to block the bailout unless its terms are adjusted. Asked about the meeting, Scholz said the conversation had been good, "The proposal that is now up for vote at the shareholder meeting is a good, carefully weighed, proposal, agreed with the company's management, with the supervisory board, with the European Commission. This will be taken into account, I think, by the shareholders." il cert non mi dispiace anzi lo trovo decisamente buono… in generale sui titoli Usa ho qualche riserva anche per la minore conoscenza che in generale ho di questititoli(lacuna mia) e per la loro maggiore volatilità rispetto ai nostri... basta in una trimestrale un lieve scostamento rispetto alle previsioni e il calo può essere anche molto consistente... parlo in generale non di questi titoli in particolare che misembrano particolarmente buoni anche perchè molto conosciutiAllora sono quasi il solo che ad Unicredit ed Intesa preferirebbe di gran lunga Coca Cola, Unilever e J&J (anche con rendimenti di gran lunga inferiori).
Solo che dei primi 2 sottostanti ci sono circa 1000 certificati, mentre degli altri 3 una ventina al massimo...
20/1000= 2%
Rappresento il 2% di quella che è già una nicchia di mercato, mi sento un acaro

Commerzbank è uscita dal mondo dei certificati,.il business è stato rilevato da un altro emittente ma tutti i certificati emessi son passati a bid only, quote driven.
Questo parecchi mesi fa.
Diciamo che però a differenza dei bid only, su cui gli emittenti ci marciano, almeno il quote driven è abbastanza raro
