Preso un altro po di BACA a 55.5, con quest'ultimo acquisto ho ricostituito la mia posizione che avevo venduto interamente a 57.
Avevo acquistato HVB a 82, 90.5 e poche 92.5. Venduto a 89.5 quantitativo pari al primo acquisto a 82. Le altre le tengo e non le vendo a meno di 94-95.

io venduto 100% a 57
e ricomprato 66% a 56 e 33% a 55.5
cmq ora l'anomalia e' il 55.5 di HSBC. MS ha 57 in lettera. Per dirla tutta si puo' comprare da HSBC a 55.5 e vendere a MS a 55.875...

BPVN è in salita. La 373 è 72.3/73.3. Se chiude in utile e paga dividendo, per me sotto i 70 non dovrebbe più ritornarci (salvo scossoni).
Mi sto guardando SNS (come banca). Sembra essere un po' l'equivalente del Banco Pop in olanda. Banca regonale, formata dall'unione di varie cooperative e casse di risparmio, radicata sul territorio, focalizzata sulle p/m imprese. Credo che abbia una presenza internazionale praticamente nulla.

In 1987 two large regional savings banks merged to form SNS (the Dutch acronym stands for Samenwerkende Nederlandse Spaarbanken, meaning Cooperating Dutch Savings banks). From 1989 onwards, various other regional savings banks joined the group, among them the Stichting Bondsspaarbank Central, North and East Netherlands, in 1990. In the 1990s SNS Groep grew fast through mergers and acquisitions, including BLG Hypotheken, CVB Bank and NOG Verzekeringen. In 1996, Banque de Suez Nederland, including the subsidiary Suez Nederland Securities, was taken over (now SNS Securities).
Reaal Groep
Reaal Groep is the product of a merger among various firms, including the insurers De Centrale and Concordia, the Hollandse Koopmansbank and the Algemene Spaarbank for the Netherlands. Between 1990 and 1997 REAAL Groep grew considerably, among other things due to acquisitions such as that of Hooge Huys Verzekeringen in 1996.
SNS REAALIn 1997 SNS Groep and Reaal Groep merged. The various business entities of the merger partners were regrouped and reintegrated. NOG Verzekeringen was integrated into Reaal Verzekeringen and ASN Bank and Hollandse Koopmansbank became subsidiaries of SNS Bank.
Ha sempre fatto buoni utili (2007: 465mln, 2006: 371mln), ad eccezione del 2008, in cui ha registrato una bella perdita di 504 mln.

La semstrale 2009 ha chiuso in perdita di 30 mln. Core Tier-1: 8.2%. Tier-1: 10.6%.
Nel 2009 ha pagato le cedole su tutti i Tier-1 (così mi ha scritto l'IR). Non ha ricevuto restriction sul pagamento delle cedole (sempre così mi ha scritto l'IR). Sul pagamento delle prossime cedole, l'IR mi ha detto che non poteva dirmi nulla nè in un senso nè nell'altro.
DOMANDA PER TUTTI QUELLI CHE SONO INTERESSATI A SNS: quella sopra è solo un'analisi fatta guardando velocemente il sito della società e i bilanci, per cui teoricamente potrebbe non significare nulla. C'E' QUALCUNO CHE ABBIA MAI AVUTO A CHE FARE CON SNS O ABBIA UNA CONOSCENZA DI QUESTA BANCA?
