le richieste delle banche tedesche un po' mi destabilizzano
se allungano il grandfathering oltre le aspettative (2018 circa) mi sa che le nostre P sprofondano

...c'è da dire che in Italia da sempre è così, ed il prezzo si allinea all'offerta oggetto, quindi è abbastanza agevolata anche la compravendita ai prezzi delle offerte...:)

comprare LT2 anglo a 25 ora è come quando a febbraio 09 comprai province of buenos aires a 25 150k ... la bancaria mi guardò con 2 occhi :eek::D:D:D è un atto di fede al 100% bisogna crederci al 100%:lol::lol::lol:
