Si ho una SG con call a feb. 2010 che spero tantissimo eserciteranno..... ho anche una pop di lodi quindi dello stesso gruppo della Bpvn.....

UPDATE 1-Santander subordinated bond redemption delayed

LONDON, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Santander <SAN.MC> will not
exercise an option to redeem a 500 million euro ($718 million)
Lower Tier 2 bond as scheduled due to administrative reasons,
the Spanish bank said on Tuesday.
"Santander's intention is to call it as soon as possible
following the proper authorisations, expected in the short term
and in line with the calendar of the issuance," an official of
the bank said.
Subordinated bonds typically have "call" dates when the
borrower has an option to redeem them before the final maturity
date.
Santander's Lower Tier 2 bond was issued on Sept. 30 2004
and has a maturity date of Sept. 30 2014.
The first call date on the bond was Sept. 30, according to
one trade source.
Traders said they believed the bond would now be redeemed in
December.
"This has created a little bit of noise," said one, but he
said there was not too much impact on Santander subordinated
bond spreads in a market where spreads were generally wider.

se non call lower tier2 penso ci sognamo calli le tier1....

Ho visto che la Ing TV oggi e' scesa ancora (44). A parte il downgrade dei giorni scorsi, e' uscita qualche notizia? Se non ci fossero presagi di sventura, forse varrebbe la pena comprarne un po'. Visto che e' anche cumulativa.

Intanto io oggi ho provato a "buttare li'" sul giornale la proposta, per attirare capitali approfittando degli inasprimenti degli altri, di portare al 10% la tassazione sulle cedole e di togliere l'anomalia della tassazione al 27% degli atipici...

se non call lower tier2 penso ci sognamo calli le tier1....

infatti non si capisce..
parla di problemi amministrativi, ma che comunque verra' callata
quindi, da una parte c'e' la conferma che si continua a callare le sub, anche se non c'e' convenienza economica
pero' rimane il fatto che non l'hanno callata
che io sappia qui in italia prima di fare il rimborso, devono fare la comunicazione alle varie autorita' di controllo
forse anche in spagna e' uguale, e qualcosa s'e' inceppato
ci vorrebbe qualche dettaglio in piu' e il parere di qualche esperto tipo il negus o 98mark per indagare e capire meglio

se stanno a 44 ne prendo, ma di quali parli, a me di ing sembra che nessuno si acquisti a quel prezzo
