A me dice "not priced", poi vedo in lettera RABO a 49.65, ING 50 e BofA 51.

Visto che mi avete stimolato, e seguendo i Vs. esempi, ho contattato l'investor manager che mi ha risposto nel giro di un'ora poco fa:

XS0193631040 has been a retail-targeted issue which wasn't meant to be called from the very beginning as it beared a coupon of 6% up until 6/05 and thereafter paying the Euro Constant Maturity Swap Rate (10Y) plus 10 basis points (limited to a maximum annual coupon of 9%). Such structures are designed to serve the investment approach of retail investors and not intended to be called at first call date. Hence, a missed call on such an instrument is normal and has no explanatory power regarding the financial strength of the issuer.

Non che dica molto ... speravo che mi dicesse, sì la calleremo tra x mesi e puoi comprarla a piene mani etc etc.

Se avete altre domande, ormai ho il filo diretto ...

Grazie Ferdo! Perchè non gli scrivi una risposta del genere: "Thank you for your reply. I understand your point and the reason why a missed call might normal on such instrument." E poi gli potresti buttare lì una frase del tipo: "when an investor may reasonably expect the exercise of the call on similar instruments? Within the next 5 years or later?"

Io ho scritto all'investor relator di AXA per chiedere quando richiamano le loro e gli ho spiegato che se non lo fanno entro il 2015 quelli del forum mi picchiano e che ho gia' una Topgun puntata alla tempia.

Mi ha risposto: Dear Mais78, we understand your concern, JKervielRocks75 on the Bursorama forum has a similar issue. In order to save your ass, we would therefore propose to capitalise a SPV in the following way 1/3 AXA SA, 1/3 Mais78 Ltd 1/3 JKervielRocks75 Lux Sarl and then launch a tender offer an all the outstanding notes at 95. Mais78 and JKervielRocks75 will have a put options on the acquired notes at a strike price of 100 with exercise date 31/12/2099.

in verità ci avevo già provato ...
gli ho chiesto come saranno i risultati domani e non mi ha risposto ...
gli ho chiesto se era in programma in lontano o vicino futuro la call, e non mi ha risposto ...
ma domani ci riprovo, magari subito dopo i dati ... tentar non nuoce
